About
Emily de Beaux- Managing Director
Managing Director and co-founder of Revised Recruitment Group, built on a people-first, ethical approach to staffing across the UK.
A University of Bath graduate with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, Emily began her career in frontline and operational roles before moving into the financial sector with a global bank, where she developed strong leadership, commercial, and relationship-management skills. In 2020, she co-founded Revised Recruitment Group to create a more personalised and values-driven recruitment experience for schools and educators nationwide.
Emily is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme in partnership with Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that support long-term success for both clients and candidates.
