How does the process with Revised Recruitment work?
Our process is simple but quite different from what you may come across with other agencies. It goes like this:
1. Register Interest
It all begins with registering your interest, which you can do by filling in our mini-application or emailing your CV to info@revisedrecruitment.co.uk. Once we receive either of those, we’ll arrange a call to discuss what you’re looking for in more detail and get to know you better.
2. Meet in Person
The next step is a face-to-face meeting to complete our onboarding. Here we’ll check your documents, help you apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service check if necessary, and we’ll get to know you even better.
3. Get Placements
Once you’re registered, and your DBS and identity checks are complete, we can start showing you different placements. We’ll only ever offer posts matching your skills, interests, and preferences, as this benefits both our candidates and employers best in the long term. We’ll be with you every step of the way to review the various options and help you decide which one is right for you before you accept.
4. Get Paid
With Revised Recruitment, you’re paid weekly via PAYE, and we’re proud to offer our applicants the best pay rates.
