Revised Recruitment will be with you through every step of finding and securing your next job. We are adept at finding assignments for our candidates that match their skills, personalities, and individual preferences. From full-time positions to occasional shifts that fit around your lectures or other obligations, we will find the perfect fit.
The process is simple once you decide to find out what we can offer. Let’s look at the onboarding process in more detail.
Show Your Interest
The first step in the process requires letting us know you are interested. To do this, you can either complete the mini application on our website or email us your CV. Once we’ve received this, we’ll phone you to discuss your application in more detail, find out about your preferences and explain our onboarding process.
Register With Revised Recruitment
In the next step, we’ll meet face-to-face to complete the initial onboarding process, get to know you, check your documents, and help you to apply for a DBS check. DBS stands for Disclosure and Barring Service, and the checks they do allow employers to make safer recruitment decisions. This check is a legal requirement.
Once registered, we’re always on the other end of the phone to help if you have questions or need support.
Get Your Placement
Once your DBS check has been completed and your identity checks have been approved, you will be eligible to work for us. We will present you with different placements that match your skills, personality, interests, and preferences. You can review the various options and accept which arrangement suits you best. There is no requirement to take a specific number of shifts each week.
Get Paid
With Revised Recruitment, you are paid every week. We are delighted to offer our applicants the best pay rates, and we pay you through PAYE.
